If you want to delete your game account, you can create a ticket asking us to do so using the support panel. Proceeding with this erasure request will permanently remove all personal information from your account.

How to create an account deletion request

• Login to https://support.pokemmo.com/ using your game account's credentials
• In the menu on the left, click Create Ticket
• Create a ticket with the reason "Support Request" with a subcategory of "Account Deletion" stating you want your account to be deleted

What happens after I create a request?

We'll evaluate the validity of the request to ensure the ticket wasn't made by someone else. Typically we'll close your account within 1 week after confirming the request, but it might take up to 30 days.

After we've confirmed your request:

• We'll delete all information on your account which can be personally linked to you
• We'll prevent it from being logged into ever again

Due to laws about what personal information is allowed to be kept, we can't email you after you've made this request. If there's a problem with your request, we'll respond to your ticket.

Why was my request denied?

We deny requests to delete player accounts in a few instances:

• When we don't believe you're the true account owner
• When we think an account has been sold
• When you've made an excessive amount of account deletion requests, to the point of being disruptive
• When you have a pending transaction for Reward Points from a payment provider which hasn't been settled yet
• When you have an outstanding balance due to a chargeback
• When your account has been banned
• When we think the request is being used to cover-up rule violations

In these cases, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we maintain a legitimate business interest in keeping your account's data for normal operations.

This means that we believe keeping your account's information is critical to ongoing business in order to prevent fraud and abuse.
