PokeMMO does not receive payments from users directly. No exceptions can be made. To donate, players pay Xsolla and Xsolla sends this payment to PokeMMO.
We also do not manage the available payment methods in the different locations and Xsolla's fees. If you have any questions or issues with those, we recommend you to contact their support.
When your payment is confirmed on Xsolla's system, the process of confirming in our system and sending you the Reward Points is automatic. Some payment methods can take up to 72 hours to be confirmed in their system.
