If the update is not occurring automatically, delete the game and download again from our website.
Some devices will require a new download after every update, unfortunately we are not sure what causes this but we suspect it's an issue related to the connection.
iOS
The update needs to be done through the same method you used to download the game for the first time. You can see the information about it in our download page.
PC
Usually issues with update in the PC platforms is related to a connection issue. Make sure your internet is working normally and that you don't have any security program blocking the update.
If the problem persists, you can try downloading a new installer from our website.
